Spring is here

Another typical spring time even in new york city is the walking of the skanks. This morning I was unlucky enough to be walking behind a woman who it seems to have forgotten to put on some pants this morning. Maybe it is just me but I dont think it is appropriate to walk around in a jacket and stockings wearing some festive colorful underwear. someone please all the fashion police.
